Out of the Blue: A Journey of Rediscovery
Out of the blue, the whole scenario flips.
In the sudden silence, a small part of the self that is stable, unshakable,
patient, and enduring comes into sight. It remembers moments of laughter
without reason and curiosity that propelled us forward long before questions
were asked. This part has never disappeared. Even under relentless pressure and
burdens stacked high, it has stayed waiting, observing, and insisting that
strength resides within.
For long stretches, more has been carried
than the world could ever see. As foundations trembled and surroundings shifted
unpredictably, stability endured, responsibilities were taken on that were
never meant to belong to one person, and lives held together that were never
supposed to be managed alone. In this process, the vision of the self faded
almost imperceptibly, hidden beneath the weight of obligation and expectation.
Rediscovery grows in the hidden corners of
thought, in unexpected flickers of clarity, and in stirrings toward
long-imagined spaces. Life is found in truth, presence, and alignment with what
has always been alive within. A pause is needed. Slowing down is not weakness;
in stillness, dormant parts begin to awaken. The resilient pieces that have
endured unnoticed rise slowly, gaining strength and reclaiming the space they
were never meant to lose. Beneath the weight of external expectations, the real
self begins to assert itself again, undeniable and uncompromised.
Strength appears in consistent ways, for
example, steady breathing, attention given to desires, and actions that honor
what matters most. It grows in the recognition that tending to the self is an
invisible support, allowing balance, clarity, and endurance when the world
threatens to unravel.
Nothing that has ever mattered is truly
lost. What has endured all along becomes visible when time and attention are
granted. With each acknowledgment, hidden strength becomes clearer, and the
confidence of authenticity permeates every action. Connecting with that part of
yourself which is indestructible will make you strong, serene, and clear-headed
and thus give you the freedom to live in accordance with your inner self
without asking for approval or recognition from others.
The inner self, which is the core of our
being, can even be a refuge when the external world is at its fiercest, and it
is validation enough for its existence. There is nothing more required than
breathing deeply, being fully aware of everything, and letting the strength
within you be your guide. Bit by bit, life’s layers of accumulated expectation,
responsibility, and compromise become less and less until finally, there is the
unveiling of a self that is not only stable and grounded but also adept at
making room for the things that life has in store next.
With this insight, the self is bolstered by the unshakeable conviction
that it is the qualities of endurance, patience, and faith in oneself that have
never let one down. The stable part, which has always been present and now comes
to the fore, reminds us that survival, growth, and clarity are not the results
of struggle alone, but instead come from acknowledging what has been your
support, nourishment, and source all along.
Even amid pressure,
when forces seem to drag in all directions, strength remains; it is patient,
resilient, and provides a steady flow of inner strength, along with a demand
for care and attention. The recognition of strength is followed by the self
becoming more confident, and it thus reclaims its inner ground.
